If you have already reset your password and accessed your account, please continue to the Partnership instructions. 

Updating your Partnership Details: Follow the 6 steps below to move your existing Partnership onto our new, secure giving portal. 

Step 1 Open Your Partnerships: From the My account section, click on Partnerships.

Step 2 Convert Your Existing Partnerships:  Scroll to Other Existing Partnerships, find the Partnership you would like to move to the new giving portal and click Convert. 

A message will appear explaining the process. Please take a moment to read this information carefully before continuing. 

Step 3 Review Your Details: You will be taken to the checkout page. Please review all details carefully and confirm they are correct before proceeding. 

Step 4 Giving Preferences:  Choose the following: 
1. The Date you would like to give each month 
2. Your preferred giving method, Debit or Credit Card or Bacs Direct Debit.  

BACS Direct Debit is our preferred option, it is more reliable and helps reduce processing fees, allowing more of your donation to go directly toward ministry. 

Step 5 Confirm Your Donation: If you choose BACS Direct Debit, you will be shown a confirmation screen including the Direct Debit Guarantee.  

Once completed, you will see an order confirmation screen confirming that your new recurring donation has been successfully set up. 

Step 6: Verify Your Partnership:  Return to My Account, then click Partnerships.  You should now see your new recurring donation listed. 

If you have more than one Partnership connected to your account, please repeat these steps for each one.
